OFR has served over 18,500 Families of our Wounded and Disabled Veterans Nationwide with Emergency Financial Needs since 2004

Operation First Response is a direct service charity. Which means they give back over 95% of the monies raised directly to those military families who need assistance. Since their inception in 2004, Operation First Response has raised over $10 Million and served over 18,000 wounded Heroes and their families.

The mission of Operation First Response, Inc (OFR) is to serve all branches of our nation’s Wounded Heroes/Disabled Veterans and their families with personal and financial needs.

Services are provided from the onset of injuries or illness, throughout their recovery period and along their journey from military life to the civilian world. Financial aid varies as each case is based on individual needs ranging from rent, utilities, vehicle payments, groceries, clothing, and travel expenses.

With all this said first and foremost, Operation First Response describes themselves as a family.

“We are a family made up of volunteers who are dedicated to serving our wounded military and their families.  We are a family made up of mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, brothers, sisters, and friends.  We are a family of Veterans of far too many conflicts and wars.  We are a family of ordinary people from across the nation.  We believe it is our duty and our responsibility to give back to those who have sacrificed so much to keep us free.”

Members of the organization, Operation First Response.
